It's no secret that most people love fall and all of the festive happenings that come with it. The weather is almost perfect, there are plenty of outdoor activities to engage in and let's not forget about Halloween! This fall, I am making a conscious effort to not only enjoy the season, but to be grateful for it. Expressing gratitude is the simplest way to increase your own fulfillment and happiness.
