It seems that Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all blur together. More often than not, people skip Thanksgiving and go straight to Christmas. Here are some struggles for those that are ready to carve a Christmas ham before a Thanksgiving turkey.
1. Wanting to just deck the halls already.
Halloween is over and all you really want to do is break out the icicle lights and trim the tree, but the rest of your family is not necessarily on board.
2. Craving Christmas cookies when everyone else wants pumpkin roll.
The craving for gingerbread is real.
3. You're ready for the 25 days of Christmas, but A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is playing on repeat.
The 25 Days of Christmas in unarguably one of the best parts of the Christmas season.
4.You can't wait to go shopping for Christmas gifts, but no one else is in the spirit yet.
There's just something so satisying about buying great gifts for your friends, loved ones, and even your Secret Santa.
5. You're ready for Christmas activities, but no one else is.
You want nothing more than to spend a night in with hot chocolate, fuzzy socks, and the Polar Express, but pumpkin patches and Friendsgiving are the activities of choice.
6. You have the perfect Christmas tree in mind, but tree farms aren't open yet.
Pulling a Griswold is always an option. Serious, Clark?
7. You're ready to crank the Christmas tunes, but Top 40 is all you can find on the radio.
You want to jam to Jingle Bells and other Christmas classics, but no one else is ready to go caroling just yet.
8. You want it to snow, but it's still at least fifty degrees out.
The winter wonderland you're dreaming of is still a ways away.
9. You want to drive around and look at Christmas lights, but there are none.
You're looking for light up reindeer and Santas, but pumpkins and scarecrows are all that can be found.
10. Above all, you're feeling holly and jolly all alone.
