2. Trying to explain what the difference is from a communications major.
3. Trying to explain to yourself what the difference is.
4. Trying to pick which track to pursue.
Advertising? Public Relations? Journalism?
5. Almost every assignment you have is an 800 word minimum essay.
6. Getting writer's block the day before an assignment is due.
7. Being on a first name basis with the people at the Writing Center.
They are the saviors of your GPA.
8. There is no such thing as late work. Ever.
9. Having to read the newspaper/watch the news everyday to keep up with current events that turn into assignments.
10. Writing what you thought was a kick-ass article only to realize you didn't write it in AP Style.
But it's okay, because you love your major and you love how everyone asks you to edit their papers because "you write so well."
