Okay, people. It's been a rough few weeks. Our country is being run by what seems to be a 5-year-old and a lot of shady characters. Things are not going super great. In this time of disarray, sometimes you need a quiet moment of introspection to center yourself. To help with this, I created a list of literally just some nice sounds. Just, take a minute and imagine some of these sounds.

1. High heels clacking on marble

2. A soda can being opened

3. Crackling fire in the night

4. Rain pattering on windows

5. Lighting a match

6. Far away train whistles

7. Waves crashing against the shore

8. Crunching leaves under your shoes

9. In-tune cello

10. Water running through a stream

Ahhh. There you go. Enjoy the moment before you go back to the real world. Read through that list again once or twice. Look up the sounds on YouTube. Take a deep breath. Then go out and smash the patriarchy or something. Godspeed.
