We all have those days when we feel like the world has caved in on all sides. We all have experienced feeling overwhelming nerves for an upcoming event in our lives. The question is, how do we get through these uncomfortable feelings? When I am feeling a lack of confidence, music helps me. Music is healing — if you are not convinced then I am here to challenge you one more time! Different things help each one of us get through uncomfortable feelings... and for me, music is one of those things that pushes me through. The next time you need a confidence boost I dare you to listen to these songs and tell me it did not work. So where do we begin? No worries, I got you covered. Just keep reading ahead.

1. Cool Girl - Tove Lo - Lady Wood

The edgy girl of your dreams. Ever wanted to be that hot, over-confident, mysterious, punk girl? Walk down the street and let me know how many people you pick up along the way.

2. Blessings - Chance the Rapper

You need a WELL WRITTEN Christian jam album? Hello, Blessings. This song has so much swag. Even if you are not religious this song just makes you feel good. Having trouble feeling thankful? Just listen to this song. It will help I pinky swear.

3. Coins - Local Natives

Need to vent? Want to feel like a hippie? Want to send a message to your SO? Lols, send them this song. Relationships are hard, I feel you. We all need to express our frustrations sometimes. Hang in there, man.

4. Digital Witness - St. Vincent

Okay well first of all St.Vincent IS SO COOL. She is dating Cara Delevingne and they are my power couple and goals. So hot. Also - if you have not figured it out, St. Vincent has some pretty great music. You can count on her for something electronic and different. This song just gives me instant sass. What does this song even mean? Figure it out and comment below. I already know.

5. All Time Low - Jon Bellion

If you have not heard this song you don't listen to the top 100 station very much. Had some issues with relationships? Does somebody in your life suck? Don't let them get you down. Listen to this song instead and dance around your room. Or maybe just mock the fact your ex has so much power over your current life (still dance in your room).

5. Lemonade - Beyonce

To be honest, you should listen to her entire album Lemonade — but if you are borderline scared of Beyonce, start out with listening to this. If you like it, keep going. Need a kick? Motivation? A sense of encouragement? Answer the question, where is your park?

6. I Know - Big Sean

If you do not like Big Sean you may not like this song. This song is great if you are exhausted and you need some validation of your exhaustion. For me, this song is a bit ironic. It reminds me of the worst parts of my life but it still motivates me. Maybe it is the blaring bass line.

7. You and Me - Flume Remix, Disclosure

I love love love this remix. If you don't trust remixes, I dare you to try this one minimally. It is smartly put together and incorporates a lot of different sounds using electronics. Falling for someone? On cloud nine? Want some swag? Listen it up.

8. BitchSlut - Anna Wise

Every girl needs to hear this song. Keep breaking stereotypes ladies.

9. Hallelujah - Mouthe

Ain't no stars to Donald Trump me. Hallelujah.

10. The Sound - The 1975

Sing this to your SO.

That is all I got my beauts. Comment below.

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. 6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
