10 Signs You're An Ice-Creamaholic

People are constantly telling you that you have an addiction. At this point, it's 95 percent ice-cream that's pumping through your veins! If you're truly an ice-creamaholic, you will acknowledge that this is, in fact, not a problem at all. In fact, it's quite the opposite. There's something about the sweet treat that you just can't get enough of, and you don't plan on getting enough of it in this lifetime. If you have to ask yourself if you're an ice-creamaholic, then you are not. If you laughed and blushed and then clicked this article because you're 1,000 percent sure, well then, read on!

1. It's your go-to afternoon snack.

And I mean your go to snack. Hunger pangs after lunch? Ice-cream. Hungry (before or) after dinner? Ice-cream. Hungry at 3am when you can't sleep? Ice-cream. And that is not a problem.

2. You tend to eat it multiple times a day.

There's usually the afternoon ice-cream snack, and then your after dinner ice-cream snack. You most likely have multiple flavors and try to mix it up so you're not eating the exact same thing. Although, let's face it: sometimes you do. Also, not a problem!

3. You've eaten it for breakfast before.

And not just as the glorious topping on a Belgian waffle! You've actually hopped out of bed, wandered downstairs, and prepared yourself a heaping bowl of ice-cream. Oh, and you loved every second of it.

4. Even after a large dinner, your motto is: There's always room for ice-cream!

It's like you have a second stomach for ice-cream! You can eat a five course dinner and still be craving it afterwards. When the waiter puts the dessert menu out and you see ice-cream on it, you're immediately hungry again. Your friends and family ask you how, and all you respond with is simple, "...it's ice-cream."

5. If you go a few days without it, you feel a little off.

Let's face it: you eat ice-cream every single day, so if it's not pumping through your bloodstream you start to feel a little off. You tell your friends that it's been a few days without it and they ask if you're alright. Yes, it is that serious.

6. You even eat and enjoy it during the winter at arctic temperatures.

The cold won't stop you from enjoying your absolute favorite snack! In fact, you like to take advantage of the fact that there are smaller lines and smaller crowds of people at different ice-cream places. Sure you may be a little chilly when you eat it, but that's what sweatshirts and blankets are for!

7. All your friends know it's your favorite food.

Out of all of your favorite things, your favorite food is the most obvious of them all. Mostly by the copious amounts you consume on the daily. They're the ones that usually reach out to you if they want to get ice-cream because they know that you will without a doubt go with them.

8. You most likely follow something on social media that posts pictures of ice-cream.

You don't just like to eat ice-cream, you also like to look at it! It's just so pretty. Plus, you find out about a lot of new ice-cream places you need to try in your area. I see no problem with this.

9. If you were stranded on a deserted island and were only allowed to pick one food to bring and eat for the rest of your life, you'd pick ice-cream.

If you've ever been asked this question, this was your immediate answer. Also, an answer that whoever asked the question totally expected.

10. You're not ashamed of anything on this list.

Everyone has their favorite foods! Ice-cream is one of the best things on this planet and you never for a second doubt your infatuation with it. One thing's for sure: ice-cream will never let you down!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
