I think everyone can agree that sleep is a beautiful thing. It makes us happier, healthier, and all around a more pleasant person. Unfortunately for many, sleep is a hard thing to come by. Between work, school, or sports, who really has all the time to get the recommended eight hours? The simple solution to this problem is the beloved and the always useful nap.

Napping for college students has become an art form that we all take very seriously. To be honest, no one can ever get too much sleep. I believe napping should be encouraged and become a staple in everyone’s daily routine. Here are some signs that you too, are addicted to napping.

1. You wake up knowing when the next time you can sleep is.

Why bother making the bed when you know you're just going to get back in it?

2. You get motivated at the thought of getting back into your bed.

Sleep is the best motivation for any college student.

3. You always make sure to schedule naps into your day.

You have hours of being productive and hours dedicated for sleep and laziness. It's called balance, people.

4. You set alarms for the strangest times.

And you no doubt have a page full of alarms on your phone.

5. You are constantly sending the text,"Sorry, I was asleep."

Your friends expect nothing less at this point.

6. You can fall asleep within seconds.

The moment your head hits the pillow, it's lights out.

7. You keep the blinds closed all day.

You keep your room in perfect sleep conditions 24/7.

8. You take more than one nap a day.

It starts to become essential.

9. You can literally sleep anywhere.

It doesn't matter if you're in a car, plane, or bed, sleeping can happen anywhere.

10. You're probably reading this article from your bed.

All of us can agree that there is no better feeling than laying in bed. Sleep is a beautiful thing and should never be taken for granted. To all the nappers of the world, I salute you.

So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
