There are only a select number of people in this world who get to call themselves Tar Heels. And if you are one of those people, you know that there is nothing better than using the #GDTBATH in your tweets, instagrams, facebook posts and pretty much in any sentence you can throw it into. Here are 10 reasons why being a Tar Heel will forever be the best thing you can be:

10. Because no matter where you go, the sky is always the beautiful shade of Carolina Blue. I mean after all, it is our state. 

9. Because no matter what kind of day you are having, everyone always looks good in Carolina Blue. 

8. Because any part of campus is beautiful enough to have #nofilter on Instagram (even on a rainy day).

7. Because we have more than one sports season to look forward to...and both of those sport seasons consist of packed stadiums, screaming fans, and fun filled evenings. 

6. Because we know how endless the list of 'uses for a Blue Cup' is...we also know how well old blue cups serve as decorations in freshman dorm rooms (don't deny it...you had a blue cup collection). 

5. Because there is no greater victory than walking around campus and not tripping on the bricks. I mean were you even a student here if you don't have a great brick story?

4. Because you go out of your way to see what crazy thing is going on in the Pit. 

3. Because there is no better feeling in the world than a Tar Heels win, especially if it's against Duke. 

2. Because you aren't part of the Wolfpack.

1. And most importantly, because you aren't a Blue Devil #GTHD

And finally, because it is more than clear that as long as you are a Tar Heel it is going to be a good day.
