Some of us happen to be extra smiley people. They will smile or giggle at anything and everything. It's inevitable. For lighting up the world with rosy cheeks and pearly whites, they deserve some recognition. It's definitely hard to be so happy all the time, and this is for them!

1. You're always smiling and waving at random people.

When they smile back, you can't help but feel fulfilled. Who knows, maybe you made their day!

2. Every car that passes you wonders if they know you and from where, considering how dramatically you waved.

It's a widely known fact that it is more difficult to wave when you should have both hands on the wheel, but you also have one on your cup of coffee. Instead, you have to do an awkward dance of throwing down your coffee cup and thrusting your hand into the windshield.

3. "Resting B**** Face" just isn't an issue.

You will never have to worry about miscommunication with friends or looking unpleasant. You smile even when you aren't thinking about anything. That takes talent.

4. If you're one of those super smiley people, you laugh when in pain or in uncomfortable situations.

You're not sure if it's more for self-comfort or to reassure others, but when in pain or in uncomfortable situations, you somehow chuckle and grin off the incident.

5. "Who are you smiling at?

This question is asked a painful amount of times. Even worse, however, is the dreadful "who's making you smile on there?" as you glance at your phone and read a simple text.

6. Most likely, you have an awesome sense of humor.

When around you, no one ever feels rejected as well. You'll always be a smile or giggle away.

7. If there was ever a candid professional, it's you.

There's always something to be giggling or grinning about!

8. Undoubtedly, someone has asked you why you're always smiling.

Your usual response is generally along the lines of "why not?".

9. School pictures were no problem!

Your gorgeous smile was natural, and you never had to attend the awkward picture retake sessions.

10. You know you're always one smile away from feeling better at any time.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
