These people need to hear it the most, but don't hear it enough.

10 People We Often Forget To Thank

"Thank you" is one of the simplest phrases in this world. So simple, that people often forget to say it. It only takes one extra breath to say these words, and they mean a lot more than they look. Don't forget to say thank you to anyone, but especially these ten people ...

1. Your parents

This one is a given. Our parents brought us into this world and made you who you are. They would do anything for you and unconditionally give you love. Say thank you for everything your parents have provided you and given you since you came into this world. Say thanks for teaching me everything I know. The saying goes "we are so busy growing up, we often forget they are also growing old."

2. Your favorite high school teacher

A lot of people have at least one teacher in high school that they know they can go to for anything. Whether it's about your school work or your personal life, they have taken the time to listen to you and help you grow. The definition of a school teacher is to teach a subject by the books, but a lot of them go above and beyond this. They allowed you to build a relationship and even though it may only really last for a few years, it was much needed during that time. Mr. Biagi, this one's for you.

3. Your siblings

Sometimes we forget to say thank you to our siblings because we overlook a lot of the simple things they have done. Older siblings, thank you for being the guinea pigs with our parents. Younger siblings, thank you for keeping me young. Thanks for all of the times you tried to help me by talking to mom and dad. Thanks for always being there for me no matter what. Thank you for being my first friend.

4. Your friends

A friend is in your life because they care for you and they are always there for you. Since everyone knows that this is what a friend is, people feel like they don't need to thank them and it's automatic ... but hearing a verbal "thank you" means so much more. Your friends become your family and know you better than anyone else, which is why you need to thank them for being in your life.

5. Your housemates

Thank you for picking up after me when I forget to clean up. Thank you for taking care of me when I'm sick like my mom. Thank you for putting up with me 24/7. Thank you for teaching me how to cook. Thank you for not getting sick of me. The list goes on ...

6. The bus driver

The bus driver probably does not want to deal with all of your distractions while driving you somewhere that you need to be. Don't forget to say thanks when you step off the bus.

7. Your waiter/waitress

They are there to make you happy and make sure that everything is perfect for you. Say thank you because they don't get it enough.

8. The person who holds the door open for you

Even though it was only a few seconds, they took time out of their day to make your life easier.

9. People who say "Bless You"

They are literally saying "bless you." Like how much more of a compliment can you get?! Don't sneeze and then dead them!

10. The delivery service

They are taking the time to drive something right to your doorstep, just because you don't want to get off the couch. Yes they are probably getting tips, but that still doesn't mean they want to struggle to find your house and carry something that isn't theirs to your door for your convenience.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
