School uniforms are replaced with swimsuits and T-shirts. Calculus books are easily exchanged with the newest best-selling novel at the nearby bookstore. Online lectures and academic courses are traded for the latest Spotify playlists and iTunes classics. The sound of chalk and dry-erase boards are muffled by the laughter and shouts of kids at the beach, families enjoying picnics in the park and friends playing catch on the driveway. Summer is a time for reuniting with close friends while conversing over a warm fire. Despite the stressful moments endured throughout the vigorous academic year, the time for vacation and personal relaxation has arrived. Nevertheless, here's to 10 most dreaded aspects of summer.
