There are so many movies in the world, and we get new ones all the time. We all have our favorites and we all have the movies we hate. I have come to realize that the best movies are the movies that I can re-watch all the time. If I’m cleaning my room they can play, but I don’t have to pause them while I’m transporting all of my dirty dishes from my room to the kitchen. I can keep up with the storyline super easily. This is a suggestion list, for when you need to have a movie on the screen. These movies are so easy to watch
1. "Pride and Prejudice"
This one may not be what people would automatically pull out of the case, but it’s a go-to movie for me. I love the story (thanks Jane Austen) and all the characters. I think the actors do a marvelous job at portraying them. It relaxes me, so why wouldn’t I have it streaming constantly?
2. "The Princess Bride"
This movie is simply timeless. It has everything!
3. "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement"
It’s Julie Andrews, Anne Hathaway, and Chris Pine. There’s not much that could be better.
4. "Into the Woods"
This one is especially good while cleaning because you can sing along to all of the music. With some practice we can all be singing the different parts in no time. It’s a one man/woman show
5. "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl"
It’s Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley, and Orlando Bloom. I could watch it over and over. “Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate’s life for me.”
6. "Footloose"
This is another movie that is especially great to watch when cleaning because you can dance around to all of the music.
7. "A Cinderella Story"
We all love to throwback to the days when Hilary Duff was an icon. Add in Chad Michael Murray and a high school love story? I’m hooked for sure.
8. "10 Things I Hate About You"
This movie will make you think you missed out the best high school relationship ever, but then you realize it’s a fantasy because very few people in the world went to high school with Heath Ledger. Man, we all wish we did though.
9. "The Avengers"
The Avengers makes you feel like you can conquer all of your tasks. If Tony Stark can take a missile straight to space, fall out of space, and survive, then you can do whatever mindless task must be done.
10. "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2"
I do seriously suggest all of the Harry Potter movies, but there’s just something about the last one that resonates in my soul. I just really like knowing all was well in the end.
