1. Green Tea
I put Green Tea first on this list because of how great it is for your body. My personal favorite is the Iced Green Tea Latte from Starbucks, however, there's a variety of packets you can get remotely anywhere. They have antioxidants that help with weight loss, a healthy immune system, and digestive tract. Also, it is naturally caffeinated so you can substitute it for coffee as well! My advice- put some honey and a splash of milk in it, it tastes better that way.
2. Hangover Oral IV
I don't know about you, but I have felt awful after some nights of going out. The next morning, instead of feeling sluggish and nauseous, put this mix into your water when you first wake up and let it do the rest. It will feel like you are reborn again, and will make you not want to lay in bed all day. I recommend buying a package of them on Amazon because you never know when you'll need it.
3. Speaking Of Hangovers, Try Too Faced's Hangover Primer
Whether you wear makeup or not, this primer completely replenishes your skin leaving it with a subtle glow to make you look more "awake". Although this is a tad bit more expensive than regular primers, you will thank yourself when your makeup stays on all through the day or night.
4. 30 Mins Of Cardio
30 minutes of exercise to some people sounds like an eternity, and to others it is a breeze. Regardless of your opinion on it, 30 minutes of cardio a day will do wonders to your body. Whether you are trying to lose that freshman 15, or just want to stay healthy, 30 minutes of cardio helps your body stay in a healthy place, and you will lose weight as well.
5. Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Face Mask
To be honest, I did not think this was going to work at all. However, after two weeks my face cleared up and my skin tone evened out as well. I am not entirely sure how it works to be honest, but you can buy it at Target for only $35 instead of wasting your money on a bunch of products that don't work
6. Witch Hazel
If your face is dry like mine, washing it twice a day isn't necessarily good for it. Witch Hazel can be used as a toner to help not only clean your face, but helps rejuvenate it as well and can be used to reduce puffiness of the face. I personally like to use Witch Hazel in the morning after I wake up as it makes my skin not look like a zombie.
7. Use A Body Scrub Before Shaving
Whether you make a homemade scrub from lemon juice and sugar, or buying one from the store, putting this on and really exfoliating your skin before you shave will help your shave last and makes your legs look shiny and feel super soft. 10/10 recommend this.
8. California Car Scents
If you want your car to smell good for months, and I mean MONTHS, getting these cans of car scents are definitely the way to go. I usually find them at Walmart and they're around $3 each. Every can has a different smell that will make your car's scent impeccable.
9. College Student Card Discounts
Some of the places that accept your Student Id cards are: Amazon, Sam's Club, J.Crew, Toms, and Kate Spade. Next time you are out shopping, don't forget to bring your ID card to maybe get an awesome discount on your future purchase.
10. Oatmeal
I personally hate the taste of oatmeal, however it can be used so many ways that benefit us and I eat it anyways. If you want to stay full longer, make oatmeal and add cinnamon and a dab of peanut butter. This will keep you full longer in comparison to a bagel or a piece of toast. You can also use it in your bathtub for dry, sunburnt and/or itchy skin because the fats in the oatmeal help lubricate the skin.
