If you are an avid "The Office" watcher, it’s hard to miss the soul-mate inspired duo, Jim Halpert and Pam Beasley.

As I cuddled up in bed with my friends to watch the iconic show, we found ourselves questioning whom we would want our relationship to be like from the series. Without a second thought, we all knew we secretly wanted our Jim.

Not to mention we have all been a “Pam” at some point in our lives. The girl who is too clueless and confused to make a move, but has that one guy in her life who seems to make everything better.

One thing that is undeniable about their relationship is that there is honestly no better match for Jim or Pam than one another.

As a college student, I can advocate for us ladies “catching feels” quickly-- or being afraid to do so. As well as constantly wondering once we have that someone, if the “honeymoon stage” is here to stay.

Wouldn't it be nice if we had a guide? Yes. And that's why I've decided to write the holy grail: 10 Signs You’ve Found Your Jim Halpert.

1. He always makes you laugh.

Having someone who can make you smile on the worst days is one of the best gifts in life. Like Jim, he always finds a way to make Pam laugh, even if it’s just a look from across the room- she always knows their secret language of humor.

2. He’s there every time you need him and knows just what to say when you need it.

Even when Pam was dating another man, Jim never lost the chance to make her feel better. Having someone who can make you feel like the on top of the world, even when they aren't having the best of days is something worth admiring.

3. You can never stay mad at him and fighting isn't an option.

You may have your disagreements, but raising your tone never crosses your mind. In fact, it’s completely unnatural to raise your tone at them because you're used to being so calm when you’re together. Their personality and smile in contagious, making it impossible to hold a grudge.

4. He knows you better then you know yourself.

We ultimately hold the key to our own heart and minds, but sometimes we find someone worth giving the spare key to…and they know just how to use it! Anytime you are sad, despite your ability or desire to convey those feelings out loud, he always seems to know something is wrong. Unlike the rest of the world who doesn't quite understand you in that moment, he knows exactly what you need, when you need it.

5. You can be happy sharing complete silence.

When you’re with him, the most simple of things bring you complete happiness. While you cherish and adore the nights of dinner and movies, the long nights of Netflix and pizza in bed make you just as happy. Building your bond means a lot to each other, and it’s easy to tell just how close you are when you can cuddle up in bed, and know exactly how the other person feels without words.

6. He doesn't hide his feelings-- you're his personal diary.

Let’s be honest, nobody likes a partner who hides their feelings. In fact, hiding feelings is one of the reasons majority of couples argue and fight. Fortunately for you, your partner in crime is not afraid to express themselves and lay it all out on the table. He recognizes how important his feelings are to you, because your feelings mean just as much to him. You are the one he can tell everything to, and he will confide in you always.

7. He knows what he wants in life and makes sure you know you’re part of it.

Mature individuals always seem to know what they want in life or are working towards a goal. Having a partner in life is a big commitment and with the right person you will know their intentions with you. Someone with those serious intentions will make communication with you a priority, and you will never find yourself wondering …”What am I doing?”

8. You share the same interests and personality.

While some may believe “opposites attract”, things feel much easier when you have someone who enjoys the same things. Now whether you're so close you’re finishing each other’s sentences, or simply sharing the same humor, you always want to tell that person everything; because you know they will adore it as much as you do. Like Jim and Pam, they couldn't go a day without sharing their success of Dwight pranks and gossiping about their next move.

9. He’s the king of surprises and never stops trying.

It’s good to keep in mind the little things. A partner being good at surprises isn't just about material items and giving you gifts or flowers all the time. It’s about giving you what you need when you need it without asking. It’s about sharing an intimate kind of relationship where those surprises make you feel special and it is easy to see the sentiment and personal thought he put into it. Someone who cares, won’t give you gifts because they feel like they “have to”, they will do it because they want to. To the right person, your reaction and appreciation for them will fuel those surprise-moments.

10. Every kiss feels as special as the first.

We all can remember that first time we kissed someone and the butterflies in our stomach went awry. Now whether that was just the alcohol talking, or they faded away with time, know that when you've found you’re “Jim”, you will know. This overwhelming feeling of “This is what i have been waiting for” will rush over you and you will never want to give it up. In The Office, Jim poured his heart out, while Pam stood there in denial and reluctant…but all it took was one kiss. One moment of giving in to realize he was the antidote. The one worth giving the spare key.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
