“Full House” is a memorable sitcom that anyone can enjoy at any age. I really enjoyed watching the show as a kid whenever it was airing. Now, as an adult, their spin-off “Fuller House” got me wanting to watch “Full House” from beginning to end. That is exactly what I’m doing now.

As corny as the episodes can get, the series has some good life lessons that anyone can take in. Here are just a few of them from my personal binge-watching.

1.) “That’s how life is. It’s a struggle. What helps you get through the tough times are the people by your side.” - Joey (Season 1, Episode 5)

2.) “You're not always gonna get your own way. And while you're spending all this time being sad about missing out on one thing, you're missing out on a lot of other fun things.” - Danny (Season 1, Episode 19)

3.) “If you hadn't forgiven me, we would've missed out on all the good times we've had between then and now. And all the good times we are gonna have… Part of having a best friend is being a best friend. Let the hurt go away, not [your best friend].” - Joey (Season 2, Episode 2)
4.) “Just because you start something new in your life, [it] doesn't make your memories less special.” - Joey (Season 2, Episode 8)

5.) “Don't you worry about what a boyfriend or what anybody thinks of you. You just be the best [person] you can be.” - Becky (Season 2, Episode 11)
6.) “So many things come easily to you, but not everything will. And if you give up on something just because it's difficult, you're gonna miss out on a lot that's valuable. There's no better feeling than conquering something that's really hard for you.” - Danny (Season 2, Episode 17)
7.) “Sometimes it takes more courage to say no.” - DJ (Season 3, Episode 9)

8.) “Take it from a guy who has been in trouble a lot... The best way to fix [a] problem is to go home and face the music.” - Jesse (Season 3, Episode 20)
9.) “It doesn't take strength to hold a grudge. It takes strength to let go of one. The most important thing in a friendship is forgiveness.” - Jesse (Season 4, Episode 5)
10.) “People come in all different shapes and sizes. Everybody wishes they could change something about themselves… how a person looks on the outside isn't nearly as important as who they are on the inside.” - Danny (Season 4, Episode 8)

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
