Hillary Clinton has had many years in the political spotlight, allowing several years of lies and switching sides on positions to catch up to her. In recent polls, Donald Trump has closed the lead with “Crooked Hillary” to put them in dead heat for the presidential election in November. But Trump doesn’t have to look too far to try and hurt the Clinton campaign. All he really has to do is cite one of her hundreds of lies to the American people. Here I have listed the top 10 lies made by Hillary Clinton in her political tenure:

1. From 2002-2013, Hillary Clinton publically proclaimed her opposition to same-sex marriage, which she now supports and denies ever opposing.
2. She claimed that the emails on her private server consisted of emails between her and her husband, who says he has only sent 2 emails in his life, none of which were to Hillary.
3. Hillary said she went to Wall Street to blame them for the recession but video prior to that claim shows her blaming homebuyers.
4. She vows to stop big banks but they make up her top campaign contributors.
5. Hillary Clinton said Benghazi was the result of a video but that’s not what she told the families of the victims. When the families came out publically and said they were never told about a video in their meeting with Clinton, she called them liars.
6. Hillary Clinton said she landed under sniper fire when she arrived in Bosnia. When she was disproven, she blamed sleep deprivation.
7. Clinton was pro-NAFTA then when she ran for president said she was against it.
8. Clinton said ISIS is showing videos of Donald Trump to recruit “radical jihadist” but there is no evidence supporting this.
9. She said she wanted to put coal-miners out of business then back-tracked when she received backlash from the American public by saying she phrased it wrong.
10. 10. Hillary Clinton said that all of her grandparents were immigrants but later research showed only one was.

So is this who we really want for president? In a time that is so pivotal in American history, we cannot have a lying and manipulative person in the White House. I know you probably are saying “Well we can’t have Donald Trump either” and you are completely entitled to your wrong opinion. But I rather have someone who is for the American people than against them.
