We all know fast food is generally unhealthy for you on a regular basis. But every once in awhile (maybe even more often than that in college), we all choose to indulge in a little greasy food on the go. These are my top picks for the best fast-food restaurants… and the worst.

Best:

  1. Chick-fil-A
  2. Panera
  3. Chipotle
  4. Raising Cane’s
  5. Wendy’s
  6. Jimmy Johns
  7. Panda Express
  8. Five Guys
  9. Penn Station East Coast Subs
  10. Charley’s Grilled Subs

Worst:

  1. Burger King
  2. Long John Silver’s
  3. Rally’s
  4. Arby’s
  5. Popeye’s
  6. Dairy Queen (based on food).
  7. Sonic Drive-In
  8. White Castle
  9. Hardee’s
  10. Domino's Pizza

Middle Ground:

  1. McDonald’s
  2. Taco Bell
  3. KFC
  4. Qdoba
  5. Steak n’ Shake
  6. Quizno’s
  7. Sbarro Pizza
