The 'Arrowverse' Is Changing The Way TV Is Done And I Am Here For It

The CW has created the Arrowverse with the the DC Comics based shows "Arrow," "The Flash," "Supergirl," and "Legends of Tomorrow." Over the summer I decided to start watching "The Flash" and little did I know that once I started watching that show, I would get roped in to watching all of the shows that are a part of the 'Arrowverse.'

Once I finished "The Flash" I knew that I had to watch all of the others to really understand what is going on. This lead to a lot of commitment and I still haven't finished all of them yet! I have successfully watched "The Flash," "Arrow," and "Supergirl," but I am still working on "Legends of Tomorrow." Even though this has meant a lot of commitment to TV (more than I'd like to admit, it has been so worth it.

The CW has done a great job of creating very different worlds on each show that still come together so well for the giant yearly crossover. If you've ever seen "Arrow" you know that the show goes for a much darker vibe than "The Flash," and "Supergirl." Although, each show complements one another so well that when it comes time for the crossover sometimes you will forget that you are watching different shows.

All of these shows also give us tons of characters to fall in love with, and sometimes get a little mad at (I'm talking about you Oliver Queen). The actors all put so much work into portraying their characters well, because they know that before these shows even existed people loved these superheroes from the comics. With that being said, I imagine that it was not a easy thing to step into the role of an already loved superhero and make your own way with it, but each of them has done so well. (I mean casting Tyler Hoechlin as Superman? An incredible idea).

The CW has created a whole new universe for fans to fall in love with and they have done a great job with it. The 'Arrowverse' is changing the way linked TV shows are being done and they are doing an incredible job, while maintaining great story lines and introducing new characters (I'm talking about you Batwoman). If you haven't already watched all of these shows, I recommend you get started as soon as possible.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
