I've always been told that I was a child at heart, and quite honestly, I will probably always be a child at heart. Certain things in life bring me incredible amounts of joy that for other people my age, they'd say it's childish. One of those things has always been Disney. Whether it's the movies, the parks, the stories...the magic of it all has always enthralled me, and when I meet another fellow Disney lover, I find that I can't stop talking to them for hours. If I could have one wish in life, it would be to live in Orlando, so I could be close enough to visit Disney World whenever my heart desired.

It sounds crazy, I know. But sometimes when you have a passion for the magic of Disney as strong as mine, you can't stop thinking about it being in your life every day. If you're as Disney World obsessed as I am, there are just some things you cannot deny:

1. You're constantly planning trips to Disney World, even if it isn't feasible.

2. You follow at least one Disney World-related account on Instagram.

3. You could navigate the four parks with your eyes closed.

4. You have a perfect strategy for every time you visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth."

5. You're constantly on Etsy looking at custom Minnie ears.

6. You follow Walt Disney World news websites constantly, eagerly anticipating the newest attractions and additions.

7. You've been to every seasonal event, including Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, The Flower and Garden Festival, Food & Wine Festival, and more.

8. You likely have a wait times app on your phone, and check it even when you're not in Disney World.

9. Watching the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom makes you cry every time.

10. You still get excited to meet the characters, no matter how old you are.

11. You dream about taking your kids to Disney World someday.

12. You try to convince your friends to go on trips to Disney with you.

13. Your bedroom is decorated with different mementos and souvenirs you've collected from the parks.

14. You've got a lanyard covered in pins you've traded for.

15. When someone admits they don't like Disney World, you don't know if you can be friends with them anymore.

16. When something changes in the parks, you get super nostalgic about it.

17. You're constantly reminiscing on past trips and memories you've made in Disney.

18. No matter how many times you've seen Cinderella's Castle, it still makes you gasp every time you step on Main Street U.S.A.

19. You know all of the best snacks to get in the different parks.

20. You know the history of the parks like it's nobody else's business.

21. You're basically an unofficial Disney World tour guide.

22. You know all of the insider secrets and hidden surprises throughout the World.

23. You understand all of the Cast Member lingo and acronyms.

24. You have a Disney-themed playlist on your phone.

25. You can find the coolest Hidden Mickeys throughout all of Disney World.

26. You know the Disney monorail spiel, in both English and Spanish.

27. You can choose to travel anywhere in the world and still choose Disney World.

28. The minute your vacation is over you're already dreaming of your next.

29. You dream to be a Cast Member someday and work for the mouse.

30. You get teary-eyed every time you have to head back to the airport after an incredible trip.

11 Things All Call Center Workers Can Empathize With Better Than Anyone
Youtube

This semester I started my journey as a member of my University's Alumni Outreach Team. This means a lot of things, but primarily it means that I get to make phone calls to parents and alumni two nights a week to update contact information, collect things like business cards and volunteer hours, and even ask for money.
