Your Beauty Is More Than Just Your Physical Appearance

Dear Friends,

You are beautiful in the most wonderful way possible. See, because beauty does not only constitute for a physical outer appearance. You can be beautiful in the way you carry yourself or by certain actions you do on an everyday basis.

According to Dictionary.com, beauty is described as the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest).

Which means beauty can be seen through your senses (the outer appearance) or can be looked at through ones personality. When I think of my friends being beautiful, I do not only see their outer beauty but I notice what is on the inside as well.

There are a couple beautiful characteristics I want to highlight and that I see in my friends today. With that being said, you are beautiful because...

1. You are brave.

I feel like I learn something new from you every day. You aren't afraid of anything and you stand up for what you believe in regardless if it's an unpopular opinion. You embrace life as it comes and you take no sh*t from anyone.

2. You are positive.

Anytime I am feeling down, I know you'll be there to pick me right back up. I honestly don't know how you stay so positive but it's great knowing I have someone there. The spark that's inside of you makes me feel motivated and lifts my spirits to stay positive just like you.

3. You are intelligent.

You might be one of the smartest people I know and although we're only in our 20s, you are already so successful in every thing you do. This characteristic is SO important because knowledge is power and with the right mindset you will accomplish anything.

4. You are strong.

We've been friends for multiple years now and have been through many ups and downs, but your spirit has never been broken because you are one hell of person. Similar to #1, you keep pushing through all the rough patches because you know there's a brighter outcome from everything.

I mentioned these because they truly are beautiful qualities to have and these qualities you posses is what makes our friendship so great. Can you guess which quality/qualities I see in you?
