To The Girl Who Is Figuring It All Out

To the girl who looks in the mirror and questions what she sees, I get it. To the girl who isn't sure of what she wants, I understand. To the girl who is a paradox, and can't figure out why, me too.


Sometimes you wake up feeling edgy, other days girly, and some days in between. Your style changes, as does your personality.


It can be challenging for those around you, because as you're trying to figure yourself out, they're concerned for you all while trying to figure you out too. Sometimes, you have to explain that you are changing. Things happen, people evolve.


You have to let yourself go through these phases in order to find out who you are. Feel the feelings..express them, whatever way you can.. words, clothes, anything.


You're always going to be changing, but this change is the most defining. Your clock for it will run out soon enough...change.


And do not let anyone make you feel weird about it.


Love always, a fellow girl.. trying to figure it all out.
