5 Of The World's Scariest Rollercoasters

The first word that comes to mind when I think of rollercoasters is excitement. I love the feeling of being whisked away in the coaster at crazy high speeds and going through loops and twists. There is absolutely nothing like that feeling. In the world, there are many rides, but the ones listed below are the scariest ones.


1. Kingda Ka

Located in Six Flags in New Jersey is the 456 ft. tall rollercoaster called Kingda Ka. Even though it’s a short ride, it has a 416-ft. drop with many twists that’s fulfilling enough for those thrill seekers.

2. Full Throttle

Full Throttle is located at Six Flags in California. Not only does this ride have the tallest vertical loop in the world (160 ft.), but also it the coaster takes off at 66 mph.

3. Formula Rossa

In Ferrari World in the UAE, is the fastest roller coaster ever called the Formula Rossa. Even without the crazy loops, turns, and drops, this ride reaches up to 149 mph.

4. El Toro

Also located in Six Flags in New Jersey is a wooden rollercoaster called El Toro. Not only is it terrifying to be on a wooden ride instead of metal, but also it is insanely fast and reaches 70 mph.

5. Sky Scream

As the name implies, Sky Scream is a ride that makes everyone scream like crazy. This ride is located at Holiday Park in Germany and has many insane twists and loops.
