Everyone remembers a specific moment in their life where they had stayed quiet and wish they would have said whatever was on their mind. This happens to everyone and it is nothing to worry about. Because you held back those words, it made you into the person you are today.

Although many people want to go back in time and say what they feel was important, you can't do it, it just doesn't work like that. All of the choices we have made up to this point in our lives have us who we are.

There are many questions in life and you should be on a journey to find the answers to these questions. However, you may never know the answers to these thousands of questions, and if you don't answer or ask them will there just be more unsaid words? These words may come to haunt you and make you guilty for not saying them, however, you can not let that stop you from becoming the person you want to be.

It is in the darkest moments when our minds are covered in words where we become the most visible to light and come to a realization that these unsaid words do not define who we are. We should not regret anything we have/have not done in the past because these decisions have helped form us into the people we are today.
