It's the show we all know and love: "Keeping Up With The Kardashians"! No one wants to admit it, but whether we're hanging out, at home sick, or just looking for a show to watch, this is always the one that is there for us.

All of my life my mom had yelled at me when she would hear the voice of Kim Kardashian blaring through my TV speakers, and I would hide my face and pretend I hadn’t just been caught watching such a bad, inappropriate and crass show. However, as the years went on, the show began to grow on me, and I became less and less ashamed of my guilty pleasure and would watch at my leisure (ignoring the calls of my mom and dad, saying “Why do you watch this? It’s a bunch of garbage.").

I have learned to block out all the haters because "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" has become one of my favorite shows.

Honestly my show addiction is greatly due to the fact that KUWTK is almost always playing on E! and it was simply convenient. So every now and then when I would sit down and genuinely watch the show I would get pulled in. There was so much scandal, love interests, drama and comedy, it had everything anyone would want in a show. So how could I simply leave that behind because my dad told me it was garbage? Answer: I couldn’t.

The show is literally at the same drama level as a "Gossip Girl," "Grey's Anatomy" or "Scandal," but the thing is, it's real life! And that is what got me. How could you pass up on watching the inside scoop of "Kimye," learning about what happened with Scott and Kourtney or figuring out why Khloe and Lamar are no longer a power couple? Every single day I watched I got more and more into their lives. I watched all the spinoffs and even went on Netflix and began watching from the first season, when Kim was simply a porn star and Kylie didn’t have lips.

Of course, I follow every single one of them on Instagram and can recite all of the facts of their lives. Seeing them on my Instagram feed every single day only makes the addiction stronger. Following them and seeing their lives only makes me want to watch more; Kylie’s lip pics, Kendall’s modeling pictures, Khloe’s workout selfies, Kim’s selfies, Kourtney’s pictures of Mason, P and Reign, and Kris’ proud mama pics. So now whenever I am just watching TV and surfing through the channels and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is on E! network, it is always my first choice. I am a part of the huge fan base for KUWTK and I have no regrets.
