"one Day" may be too late.

Basically writing to myself. However, I know there are others that need to hear the same message God has been showing me.

"One day" may be too late

One day he will realize it was you that made him happy. Move on in the meantime.

Higher than the mountains that I face, Stronger than the power of the grave, constant through the trial and the change, one thing remains: God's unfailing love.

One day he will realize you were the one that gave him your all. You gave to him more than you gave to yourself. You will one day realize looking back on your life that when he told you "one day" you believed him. You waited around wasting your life, wasting your precious time that you were only given so much of. Don't be the girl that looks back and wished she had moved on earlier. One day he will realize you were the one made him happy, one day it will be him chasing after you, instead of you giving everything you have to chase after him. You will find yourself beaten and broken down. As cliché as it sounds, pick yourself up. You are worthy of more. You are worthy of the love the Savior of the world is here to give. One day you will be past the hurt he put you through. You will have moved on. I beg of you, do not look back. he is not worth it. The hearth break and anxiety he put you through, you have moved on. This is when the "one day" that he promised you is too late. The heart break and the anxiety will be in the past. You will have found your place in this big beautiful world with the people that appreciate what you have to offer. The wondering why you were not good enough for him will have passed. Mentally, physically, and emotionally you will be in a better place. Do not go back to your comfort zone of being with him. If he wanted to change his ways he would have, if he did not want to lose you, he would have been doing what it took to keep you. Do not settle for less than you deserve. Remember what God delivered you from. He delivered you from the hurt, He delivered you form the brokenness, and He ultimately delivered you from the relationship that was draining you of all of your worth. The growing you did through the pain you went through is ultimately the works of God. He has shaped you into someone that is working for the betterment of His kingdom. Is that not so freeing? You are being used for the good of the Maker of the world! Do not put your worth, do not put your love, and most certainly do not put your heart into a relationship that is constantly taking from you and never giving back to you. You will constantly be giving and never receiving. Rejoice in what God is doing in your life even when it is beyond your understanding. This is where God is there to refill you. He is a God that no matter how far you have run he comes running back to you when you call for Him. He carried you through the valleys and He topped the mountains when you reached them. There is nothing more fulfilling than the Maker of the world being the one that is with you through your trials and tribulations. God never promises He will save you from the flames, He promises to be with you as you walk through the fire. Do not let one person drain you of who you are, let one God fill you with his unwavering promises and truth. Let God determine who you are. You are not made up of the mistakes you have made, or the things you have done. Remember, you have moved on to fulfill your dreams and you have become drenched in God's overwhelming love that you do not remember what it is like to be drained by someone that does not want you and drains you daily. You are worthy of so much more than settling for someone telling you, "one day I will be ready for you, just not now." Choose God. He is ready for you now. He is ready for you more than ever. He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than you could ever imagine. He is ready to call you His for eternity. Give all of your troubles to Him, and you will never have to worry another day in your life.

To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before...

One of the things that I love most is space. I am a HUGE space nerd. Literally ask any of my friends. I was first introduced to space when my dad dragged me to see Star Trek. Since walking out of that movie theater in 6th grade, becoming an astronaut hasn't been just some wild dream that could come true.
