You know the feeling. You’re super excited. You have goose bumps. Your hands are trembling. You’re all hype. It’s the greatest feeling ever! You have probably been anxiously waiting for this moment for a while now and it’s finally here. You are finally at your favorite band's or singer’s concert. This is the moment that you get to see them in person, physically singing and playing their instruments. You get to witness all of your favorite songs being played live. You know that you’re about to have the time of your life!
Concerts are awesome in every way possible. Not only do you get to see your favorite band or singer live, but you get to feel the energy of everyone around you. Whether it’s a big sold out arena or just a small venue, everyone in that room is in there for the same purpose. They are all there to witness something great, just like you. You may not know all of these other people, but once the music starts and you all start singing along to your favorite songs, you just connect. All of the fans come together as one and really bond over the music they are hearing.
Music is an extremely significant part of life, so it’s an important thing to celebrate. Music has the ability to move people in ways that are unimaginable. I know that I have been impacted by music and it means a lot to me in my life. It is something to fall back on and I owe all my gratitude to my favorite bands and singers. If it were not for their music, I’m not too sure how I would get through the day sometimes.
If music can make such a big difference when streaming out of headphones or a radio, you can only imagine how great of an impact it can make live. I recently attended a Twenty One Pilots concert and words cannot explain how awesome it was to hear and see them in a live performance. I hold many of their songs near and dear to my heart as they convey such amazing messages and help one to feel a little less alone, so it was honestly an amazing experience to sing along to these songs that mean so much to me. Along with the music, the overall energy of the band and crowd in general was unbelievable. Attending this concert was definitely worth my time and money and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
All in all, concerts really make you feel one with the band and their music. They help you to forget about the outside world for an hour or two, and you’re just able to let go and feel the music. You don’t have to feel judged for singing too loudly or dancing like an idiot because everyone else is doing the same exact thing. You are all there to experience the beauty of live music.
Rock on!
