There's no doubt that the holiday season is the best time of the year, but it can be even more exciting if you come from a family that celebrates Hanukkah AND Christmas. So much festivity, so little time! And the best part of it all? Some years Hanukkah even overlaps on Christmas and you get a night that's double the fun! Below are some reasons why is just too good living the best of both worlds.

1. You get double the gifts.

2. Yummy, diverse food

Latkes, Matzah Balls, Challah bread, milk and cookies, cinnamon, and ham (just to name a few)

3. Fun traditions

From playing dreidel to the glow of the menorah, to decorating the Christmas tree, the possibilities are endless.

4. Being able to relate to a variety of people

me one second: Ah yes, Shalom rabbi.

5. It gives you more to look forward to.

Two holidays, one season. What a time to be alive!

6. Menorahs AND Christmas trees

Festivity overload.

Yes these are both amazing...but maybe not together
