Cats. We all know ‘em, and the best of us love them. For some reason, there are mixed opinions about cats (crazy?!). So, I felt it necessary to put an end to any potential issues you may have with cats (again, crazy?!). These reasons cannot be argued with. These are written in stone, true facts. These are eleven reasons why cats are your only true companions.
1. They are fluffy
This is just true. Cats are balls of fluff. How can you not love that?!
2. They are purry
The feeling of a little kitty purring away on your lap or in your arms cannot be beaten. It is the most comforting and warm sensations. Cats are just the best.
3. They are lazy (just like you)
We are all lazy, and cats understand that. They’re not trying to tire us out, they just want us to chill and relax with them. How can you be against that?!
4. They can play fetch too
Cats can be trained to play fetch just like dogs (it’s not that hard) and will play with anything crinkly or stringy. It’s adorable. Cats are adorable.
5. They know their names
Cats will learn their names and can even respond to them when you call them. And then they’ll come to you (you don’t even have to move). And they’ll be fluffy. And cuddly. And purry.
6. They have cute little meows
Little cat meows are the sweetest sounds you will ever hear. It’s like the equivalent of a small child singing the ABCs, only so much more adorable. Really, just so cute.
7. They self-clean
You don’t need to clean your cat, they’ve got that taken care of. Their amazing little sandpaper tongues will comb through their fur until their clean and soft and purrr-fect.
8. They will lick you
Sandpaper tongues also make great human-lickers. Cat licks are amazing. You will smile. Your heart will fill up with joy. Go get licked by a cat ASAP.
