Why Bitches Win At Everything

There’s really only two girls in the world: nice girls and bitches. You know which girls get ahead and aren't f*cked with? Bitches.

Bitches are honest, stand up for themselves, have strong personalities and go after what they want. They don't stop for anything and they definitely DGAF about your opinion.

I'm proud to be a bitch. I have a backbone and speak my mind. I don't just sit back and watch shit happen, I make it happen. I’m not ashamed of being a bitch because I get what I want because I’m a bitch. Here’s why bitches win at pretty much everything.

1. Guys luv bitches

Oh my god, do guys love bitches. It’s literally a fact. Urban Dictionary that bitch (pun intended). The nice girls are considered clingy and dependent, whereas bitches are independent and hard to get. Guys respect bitches because they have to chase them. And the guy who chases after a bitch won't be some immature little boy, he'll be someone who can handle her attitude, and wants an opinionated, outspoken woman. They'll find you mysterious and intriguing (which you are).

2. Bitches aren't afraid of you

Bitches aren't afraid to call you out on your shit and get in your face. They also have absolutely no tolerance for disrespect. You really don't want to be on our bad sides. We're not just petty, we'll dead you if you treat us like shit. Life's too short to have shitty people in our lives. Cut 'em out and do you, babygirl. You're all you've got.

3. Bitches are confident

Bitches know their worth. We own it wherever we go. There's absolutely nothing wrong with knowing your good qualities and using them to your advantage. Confidence is sexy AF.

4. Approval? Boy, bye

We don’t need your approval. Bitches don’t care what other people think about them. We say what we want, do what we want, and don’t really care what you have to say about it. We don’t need validation from anyone but ourselves.

5. That freedom tho

You’re free to do whatever, whenever you want. You know what you want and don’t hold back. Most bitches are single because they crave independence. Some dudes just can’t handle a bitch. Let me rephrase that actually, pretty much every guy can’t handle a bitch. It takes a really confident guy to be able to have a woman as egotistic and independent as he is.

6. Speak up, ho

Do more, apologize less. Bitches speak their minds without thinking about the consequences. They know what they want and aren’t afraid to be assertive to get it. You tell your friends the truth when they ask for advice and you’re always the one who sends back food at a restaurant.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
