How do I know Bigfoot is real? Because I've met him.
OK, maybe not, but I still 100 percent believe in this majestic, hairy creature. I've believed in Bigfoot's existence for probably my whole life. I even showed my loyalty by getting him tattooed on my foot.

No, I haven't seen one personally, but I'm always looking. Ever since I can remember, I've stared out the car window on long car rides in the country hoping to see a glance of bigfoot walking through the forest. Footprints have been found as well. Yeah, a lot of animals can leave weird footprints, but what forest animal can leave an 8″ wide by 14″ long footprint? Only the appropriately named Bigfoot.
Bigfoot (Sasquatch) should not be confused with the Skunk Ape or Yeti. They're pretty much the same creature, but the climates they live in give them different characteristics. The skunk ape is native to the Florida Everglades, and Yetis have mostly been sighted in the Himalayan Mountains. Sasquatches live in and travel through heavily wooded and mountainous areas, such as the US's rainy west coast and the central U.S. Being from North Louisiana, a region known for many spottings, I have met a few people who say they have seen Bigfoot in our own region. This is very exciting for me, a Sasquatch enthusiast.
