Who Should Be The Next Bachelor?

Chase or Luke?

Who Should Be The Next Bachelor?
The Federalist

If we base who the next bachelor is going to be purely on looks, we would have a Britt and Kaitlyn situation again, where the contestants meet both men, and place a vote in a dark room with roses, and I would have no problem with that at all. In a perfect world, Luke would come confess his love to me, but that won't happen anytime soon. But, today, I am going to compare the two men, and we can cast our vote!

Luke Pell.

I mean, can we just take a moment to appreciate this beautiful man? Aside from his perfect hair, face and, well -- everything -- he made an impression on JoJo and America from night one. He is a 31-year-old war veteran from Burnet, Texas and we all know southern boys are the best.

It is very clear that he had one of the best hometown dates in, dare I say, all of "Bachelorette" history. He and JoJo spent a romantic day hitting up the best spots in town, only to go home to his immediate family and 50 of his friends, which gave her a small taste of what life might be like with Luke.

To top it all off, he leads her on a romantic horseback ride at sunset, which led to a candle path and a heart made of flower petals. After all of that, JoJo had the nerve to say she doesn't know if he loves her, but actions speak louder than words! Plus, he's a musician; if you didn't know, he has a single out on iTunes called "Fall Of Me," and it is straight fire.

Chase McNary.

Ah, Chase -- the dreamy, lovable, sweet guy that made it just one more week than Luke. He was cut after he told JoJo he was in love with her in the fantasy suite. She then ran out of the room, came back and told him she just didn't feel the same way. I cried along with all of America. This 27-year-old pharmaceutical sales rep from Denver, Colorado graced our hearts on night one, as well, walking up to JoJo wearing sunglasses and a fake mustache. From then on, it was his sweet side that kept him going in my heart.

After he was eliminated, he was angry with JoJo -- understandably -- but he later came back during the rose ceremony to say his final goodbye, and every part of me wanted her to take him back. I mean, just look at those puppy dog eyes!

Now that you've seen the best options for your heart, and your eyes, cast your vote in the comments! Who knows, maybe Chad will be the next bachelor!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
