Who Has Left A Mark In Your Life?
w-dog.net

I've always tried to surround myself with very positive people and I have to say that I have been very fortunate to know the people that I know today. From my family, my friends, people I meet at stores, people who walk by me and just smile or people in society that work to inspire others; they have all made a mark in my life that helped make the best me that I can be. Here is a list of the people who have made a mark in my life.

My Family

I listed my family first because each and every one of them (including extended family) are the most important people in my life, and I will always put them first. They have each inspired me in so many ways that I wouldn't even know where to start. They know all there is to know about me and support no matter what choices I make in life. The amount of love I have is so much that the word "love" isn't big enough of a word.

My Friends

My friends, whom I have also adopted as family, are some of the sweetest, kindest, and all around best people I have ever met. Without each and every one of them, I wouldn't be able to get through the struggles of school and working out wouldn't be as fun. They make my life easier and are always putting a smile on my face. I wouldn't trade a single one of them for the world.

The Women From Torrid

Being that I am a bigger and curvier girl, I have to shop at store that have clothing that fit my body well. Now for anyone who might be shopping at a bigger girl's store and might feel insecure about that, going into Torrid would make you feel really good (which is how you should feel) because of the women who work there. Talking to them and having them help me out has never made me feel uncomfortable because they have always made me feel like they truly care about me and want to help me find what looks best on me.

Ashley Graham (Plus Model)

Lastly, I have to mention Ashley Graham. I know that I have mentioned her many times already, but it's pretty hard not to mention her once you've seen all that she has done and how much she has inspired and is still inspiring others. She has broken down norms in society and has achieved what everyone said was impossible. I would love to one day be able to thank her for the impact she has made in my life.

Thank you to all of you for being in my life. You all have special places in my life and in my heart.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
