Memes are all over the Internet. Many of them are very messed up and ignorant...while others are more tasteful. But what these memes have in common is that they are meant to be funny. It can be a very entertaining time just searching through memes for an hour on end, because it is such a surprise what people can come up with. Here are a few famous memes from this past year and their origin.

You normally use this meme when touching on the topic of sadness or loneliness.

He represents that one guy that everyone knows. His real name is Blake Boston, and was an aspiring white rapper when this picture was taken. His mom took this picture.
Successful Black Guy Meme: This meme is interesting politically because it is trying to tell us that we have a preconceived assumptions on people based on how they look which can be far from the truth.
The Kevin Hart Meme: It's funny because a lot of these things posted in his name are things he never actually said, but because it is a meme it looks like he has said these things. Anything that you think is a joke Kevin Hart should say or has said should be put on this picture.
Overly Attached Girlfriend Meme: Her name is Laini Morris and this meme has originated from a parody video that she did of Justin Bieber and exaggerates the parts where Justin Beiber appears to be clingy by being an extra clingy girlfriend. She did not get fame from views of the video itself, but from the reaction videos to the video. The best part of the video is when she's staring at you without saying a word for ten seconds at the beginning.
First World Problems Meme: This meme is meant to be ironic because all the first world problems are very minor, demonstrating that the first world apparently does not have serious issues, even though it does. This meme is still hilarious despite its problematic rhetoric because many of us can identify with these issues. Her name is Silvia Bottini
