What will you eat? How will you choose? All important questions, but none are nearly as exciting as the one that has yet to be posed: Who will you see? You're not in your kitchen anymore. It's time to people-watch.

1. The foodie.

Their necessities: phone camera, Instagram, trendy foods (like smoothie bowls, kombucha, and quinoa)

2. The family.

Their necessities: high chair(s), crayons, kids menu complete with word scrambles and a maze

Preferred atmosphere: affordable, comfortable, noisy

3. Those who lunch.

Their necessities: iced tea with lemon, salad, gossip

4. The couple.
