During the first few weeks of college, you feel liberated. No curfews, no getting up at 5:30 am every weekday, and no crazy strict rules to follow. As a first-time college student, you feel excited and ecstatic about starting a new journey, until reality knocks on your dorm door.
The first billing statement pops up in your email and the homework starts piling up that it becomes to hard to control. Overall, college is a stressful, but a fun time.
When the going gets rough that means it's time to shut the laptop down and find inner peace. Grab a book or call a loved one you haven't talked to in a while. If you keep looking at that billing statement or homework sheet you will run yourself in to a mental breakdown. Trust me, I'm speaking from experience.
Once you have had time to collect and calm yourself then tackle whatever is stressing you by the horns.
You can figure out and do anything that you set your mind to and many college campus' have counseling that can help you in any way!
Don't let stress get you down!!!!
