What you have to do before you die

Alright, we all have a list of possible things that gotta get done in your life to know you didn't miss out. So here is a list I've complied for you guys. Small but monumental things that could impact your life in ways you didn't think were possible.

1. TRAVEL! Anywhere

There are places in the world that are just too crazy to imagine that exist, and that's where you need to go. No matter how small the trip is, you gotta do it. If you've never been on a plane, get on a plane. If you've never been out of your state or city, cross those borders. It could be the smallest of places, but if you do it you won't regret it. Experiencing a new place and learning about a new culture is what living is all about.

2. Go to a concert or a music festival and enjoy the shit out of it!

Music is a universal language that everyone can come together and enjoy. Seeing your favorite artist live is an out of body experience that will never be replaceable. The beauty of being with other strangers that have the same connection to an artist as you is mind blowing. You can make the greatest of memories and even some friends just from listening to a few songs. The dancing, singing, the showmanship is what makes you feel alive and what it's all about.

3. Try some new foods dudes!

A minor but major step for a lot of people is trying new foods they've either never had or never heard of. There's a lot of culture and history behind a dish and you'll never understand what the reasons are if you never try it, life can get boring but food will never be dull. The new spices and herbs that can mix together so beautifully is something that people of a culture stand proudly behind. Chicken fingers and fries are delicious but so is sushi, masala dosa, pho or even arepas! You never know who you'll meet or what you'll learn if you stick to the basics, explore something new and eat your tummy full!

4. Go to a sporting event! (even if you hate sports)

Look, I know a lot of people don't get sports or don't want to bother learning about them but talking from personal experience, sporting events are a lot of fun. At sporting events you meet a whole new breed of people, just like a concert or festival, it's about a community of strangers coming together and bonding over one thing they all know to love. The loudness, the food, and the excitement of it all is what makes it so much fun! Different sports are celebrated differently depending on where you are and what sport you're there for. It's a passion that people immerse themselves into to feel love and happiness. It can be a commonality between two or more people that break down the boundaries and open up the conversation to connect those strangers. The chills that get sent down your spine can be an euphoric feeling that you'll never forget.

5. Take life by the balls!
This one is a little more broad. It's for your own good, I mean you can do whatever you want in life. So why not? There are many things that scare you to death, move you to tears or make you jump for joy! So why not do them all? We all have those things on our imaginary bucket list that would be a monumental achievement for ourselves if we do them, and there is nothing standing in our way but ourselves. We deserve the best for our lives and I know a lot you of still have a lot of life left, so let's make a pact right now! From now on we will do whatever it takes to completely be alive, with ourselves or with our friends and family. No matter how big or small we will accomplish it and overcome it!

Forever ours! Let's live our lives the way we want.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
