What To Do When You Break Your Girlfriend’s Heart

If you broke your girlfriend's heart and you regret it, here are a few ways to improve the situation. It's never good of a man to just leave a girl without an apology, so in order to reduce the tension you have to suck it up and be emotional.

1. Talk to her calmly and kindly.

It’s so much easier to want to listen to a gentleman who knows how to be sensitive towards his girl.

2. Show her a token of affection.

Buy her flowers. Buy her a card. Buy her what she wouldn’t buy herself. Just prove to her that she is worth something thoughtful of you. It helps to prove to her that you thought about what had happened.

3. Be honest.

Sit down and talk to her about what happened for however long until satisfied. If she really doesn’t want to talk, you’d know. If she is willing to talk, but is being stubborn, force your way to sit and talk with her. Also listen too. It’s as equally important.

4. Sincerely be sorry.

If you know you didn’t do something right, sincerely apologize for your behavior. Let her know what you’ve done wrong, and why you did it and regret it. Don’t half ass this part because the point is that you’re trying to apologize. You need to really mean it, and you have to be willing to make it up because YOU want to.

5. Don’t tell her things she just wants to hear.

If something was bothering you about her, tell her. Don’t create situations like these where you feel like this is a sort of revenge or way to equal out what happened.

It’s not easy. If you are looking for an easy relationship, you are settling for one that is cheap, and equally easy to lose. There will be ups and downs in life, so if you aren’t able to overcome those together, there will be no strength to people. If you love someone, you would always come back for them immediately because you are scared of what you might lose. You have to know when to apologize, and when to forgive the past.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
