With the political elections heating up, these four candidates are hot topics. In fact, I bet you can’t scroll through your social media feed without finding an inappropriate Donald Trump joke or an age joke about Bernie.
While people have diverse opinions about who is qualified to lead the nation, what I want to know, is how would these candidates fare in the classroom? What if the political candidates were your college professors?
Donald Trump
This is that professor that goes on random political rants. Most likely an underpaid political science professor that probably lost their voter’s registry 13 years ago. He is rude and very politically incorrect. He’s the jerk that will staple McDonald’s applications to your final exam when you fail.
Hillary Clinton
This is the teacher that smiles at you and then eats your soul. She most likely will not answer your questions if you’re confused about a topic. She’s the one that convinces you it will not be on the test, but then question six is precisely what you had asked about. She will try to dress very fashionable for her age, but the color blue will not be in her wardrobe.
Ted Cruz
This is the guy that tries to be “hip” and relate to you on a generational level. He says things like “yo” or “bro.” He allows you to call him by his first name or something corny like “Teddy.” He probably has followed you on Instagram and tried to see if you had a Myspace account you’ve never deactivated. You will take his class for an easy A, but you won’t learn anything.
Bernie Sanders
He’s that old guy that somehow understands you. He’s the one that puts in substitutions on your degree audit to make sure you graduate on time. He doesn’t give assignments during the school breaks. He will probably bump your grade percentage. His class will be more about retaining knowledge than performing well on tests.
