Georgia Southern University. You can learn everything from Accounting to Fashion Merchandising because, I mean, it is a school.... But I've learned some things from this school that a SOAR leader might just decide to leave out. Here's what Georgia Southern University has really taught me.
1. People love stealing signs from freshmen housing, and housing loves charging EVERYONE for it.
2. Your CL’s take floor meetings very seriously even if you don’t.
3. There really is something to do EVERY night.
4. Grabbing a table at the library during finals week is basically like Black Friday.
5. That stealing the ducks and putting them into a bathtub actually cross people’s minds.
6. If you cry and hyperventilate, you have a good chance of getting your parking ticket appealed.
7. Getting lost in the Math and Physics building is a common thing.
8. Waiting outside of the the dorms for someone to let you in isn’t as unusual as you think.
9. Tshirt Tuesday quickly becomes one of your favorite nights.
10. To get to the first floor of the library, you must go up the stairs to the second floor to be able to go down the stairs to the first.
