A picnic is a perfect way to celebrate the beginning of warm weather with some food and friends.

2. Spring clean.

Spring is the time for cleaning (that's why it's called spring cleaning). Revamp your closet by getting rid of those old pieces you never use.

3. Go shopping.

Spring is the perfect excuse to update your wardrobe and get some new styles.

4. Go to a farmer's market.

In almost every city or town, there are seasonal farmer's markets where you can get the best fruits and veggies from local businesses and farms.

5. Get away.

Whether it's a week-long getaway or just a day at a nearby beach, Spring weather allows for some great getaways that can be affordable and nearby.

6. Host an outdoor party.

Get your barbecue on with some friends (without coats, finally).

7. Go to a festival or event.

Go check out the seasonal events going on in your area, like musical festivals, outdoor plays, and other events.

8. Get outdoors.

No time like Spring to go for a hike or just a walk in a park.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
