On Wednesday Justin Bieber released an apology video on Facebook to say sorry about his bad behavior the past year and a half. We practically have watched Justin grow up. From the first song “Baby” to his brand new song “What do you mean?” As Bieliebers, we have gone through thick and thin with him. In his video he explain that he did not what to come off “conceited or arrogant.” Considering how young he was when he first got his stardom that has a lot to do with the bad decisions he has made in his life. In the beginning, Justin was being mentored by Usher, and Usher told him to stay humble. We are seeing that humble spirit come about after he has realized that the way he has been acting is unacceptable for someone that is an idol for so many kids.
Justin Bieber’s past has resulted in arrest, accusation of assault, and egging a neighbor’s house. Pretty nice rap sheet for a pop sensation. Just when we thought Justin was getting back on his feet with his Calvin Klein ad, he gets mocked on SNL about the commercial. Now on his 21st birthday he is going to be roasted on Comedy Central. With Justin’s interview with Ellen she asked why would he do that to himself and he says that, “It would be cool to just laugh at yourself, because I have done some pretty stupid things.” Justin says that he “wants to own up to some things.”
Some people wonder if his audiences are ready to forgive him, and I would say yes. Any music star that wants to get their life right at an early age deserves to have a second chance to prove himself. On top of getting his life back on track, for the last six years Justin has worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and have granted over more than 250 wishes for his fans. That is something that says a lot about his character. I have always been a Justin Bieber fan since the very first Youtube video.
His new single, “What do you mean?” is fabulous. Just the passion he puts into his music is amazing. He truly has raw talent. I am hoping one day I am able to go to a concert of his. The way he dances amazes me.
Just because you think you have it all does not mean life is hard. We have seen it first hand from Justin. As they say, the struggle is real. The pressure that he is under really wears on a person. I am proud of Justin for getting himself on the right track, and cannot wait for more new music from him.
