I have been scrolling through social media feeds lately and I keep seeing the same trends over and over. People recording fights and posting them to numerous social media outlets.

I just do not understand this. Majority of what I see is fights in bathrooms, locker rooms, and some even in class rooms. Most of which seem to be at the high school level.

Why? Why is everyone fighting each other? Why is everyone recording these things instead of helping? Why are they posting these such videos? To shame the person getting knocked unconscious?

We need to stand up against these things. I am not sure how we can do it but to start we can stop glorifying these things by getting them viral publicity on the internet. If we take out that factor, I am willing to bet we can cut down on the violence.

We live in a time where violence is as prevalent as ever.

We need to make being nice a thing again.

Come on people, we can do this.
