Sensitive subject lately, huh? The Presidential Election.
As if it weren't very obvious by now, either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton will be our next president (unless Bernie pulls a ton of hippies out of his back pocket).
Let me start by saying that I am a lifelong Republican and I completely understand the viewpoint of a liberal but will never abide by it nor respect it.
Even if you do not like the candidates we have at hand, it would be smart to pick a side.
Donald Trump: Let's Make America Great Again
Hell, why not? During President Obama's reign as our president, can you tell me five things that he's improved in this country? Just five. I didn't think you could either.
Since 2009, our country has been lied to, treated like idiots, run to the ground and taken advantage of.
1. Donald Trump isn't an average politician.
He's not one of those paid off politicians. Sure, he's worth billions more than us, but who are we to judge him off of that? He's a productive business man and that should be respected.
"I think the big problem this country has is being politically correct. I've been challenged by so many people, and I don't frankly have time for total political correctness. And to be honest with you, this country doesn't have time either."
2. He cares about the countries well-being.
To simplify it, you either get here fairly or you do not get here at all. For those who have come fairly, I applaud you. If someone has to get here illegally, they have no business being here in the first place. Nothing should stand in the way of Americans and being employed at their desired occupation, but guess what does... Illegals. If that doesn't make you furious, I don't know what will.
3. He has no filter.
Politicians have drained the United State's knowledge of politics over centuries whereas Trump absolutely will not feed you a lie to get you to shut up. Even if it pisses you off, you gotta admit that Trump is an honest man and stands by his word whether it is positive or negative. And that is exactly what America needs. Unlike crooked Hillary who should actually be in prison right now, but that's a subject for another time: Whenever the FBI releases the 33,000 emails that she deleted.
4. Trump's tax plan.
Taxes - ugh. I'm sick at the thought of it. Although our founding fathers established that we must have taxes, Trump wants to make it a point to lower taxes and especially help the middle class. His four goals include tax relief for the middle class, simplifying the tax code (for us little people, yay), increasing the American economy and not adding to our debt as Americans.
5. Trump is right on spot with gut feelings.
Trump is vocal about subjects that others tend to shy away from. If someone had stood up about this long before 9/11, I believe that numerous attacks could have been prevented.
6. Is he a good negotiator or what?!
Being worth 4.5 billion dollars means he must be doing something right ... Right? His worth did not come from sitting on his ass and begging. Trump has extremely well social skills and the ability to connect with any group of people. One-on-one negotiation is important to him and it's just as important to this country if we want to get out of debt and create a peaceful country once again.
7. He doesn't need our money.
Trump has no major sponsors. He does it himself! And people still continue to bash him. Why? With our economy, we need a man who has that much self-establishment! It's important to keep this in consideration for our next president in office.
8. We need change.
Over the past few, well, eight years to be exact, our "change" has been nothing but draining and time-consuming which has ultimately resulted in pissing every other nation off and putting ourselves in the "line of fire." We need a man like Trump who is willing to take matters into his own hands instead of hiding behind a posse.
9. Morals, people, morals.
You should get what you work for and that's exactly what Donald Trump stands for. Our veterans put their lives on the line and over 50 percent of them are now homeless while there are other citizens who have done nothing, but make the world a living terror who are on assisted living, welfare, food stamps, etc. Nothing in life is free, go to work work work work work. It's not right. Put the veterans first.
10. Last but not least: Something that needs no words to describe it.
