College is supposed to be a time to explore, it is supposed to be a time to figure out what you like and what you don't. Experiment, figure out what works and what doesn't. Maybe we all have our majors picked out and maybe some of us even have what career path they are choosing, but I certainly do not, and that is okay. You don't always have to know what you want, while it makes a process easier it may not be right for you.
Life at this point is confusing. Hearing others talk about their plans for the next five years is pretty intimidating basically because I don't know where I'll be in five years time. In a perfect world I'll have a cool job or be in graduate school for who knows what but then again I don't know. If you don't either you have time to figure it out.
Don't let the thought of planning out your life freak you out. Hell, don't make a plan at all. Find what works for you. You are allowed to make mistakes and find what is best suited for your life even if that takes a few tries.
The honest truth is that those people who seem to have it all put together, probably don't. They too are just winging it and most of the time that is the best way to do things.
