It's to the point now where everyday it's something new.
A different shooting in a different country with a different killer.
Club shootings, airport bombings, slain police, innocent civilians murdered. It's always something new.
To me it doesn't seem to be guns, knives, bombs killing everyone. It's the ultimate weapon of mass destruction..
Hate.
There is more hate walking around now more than ever. There is also more fear now than ever. We shouldn't be scared to leave our home, go to concert, a mall, or even school. You can't stop hate. You can't control it. You can only hope the amount of it evaporates. Because I am sick of waking up in the morning and seeing something new.
I'm not scared of guns or knives. I'm not afraid of an animate object. I am scared of the person holding it who has so much hate in their heart that they aren't afraid to use it. Hate.. that's the weapon I'm scared of.
I am sad for everyone who has suffered losing a loved one. We shouldn't have to see families hurt over senselessness. But it's to the point now where I'm mad. I'm mad that some people in this world wake up and choose hate over love. That word right there, Love, maybe that is the solution.
Love is the ONLY solution for all this hatred. Love is the only way to stop this madness. Love is the only way to have peace again. Love is the weapon I'm not afraid to use.
Love is the ultimate weapon of mass stability.
Today, tomorrow, and everyday I ask you to pray. Pray to whatever God you believe in and ask for peace, love, and elimination of hate. The devil is very much alive, and I feel like it more now than ever.
There is a greater force out there that is powerful. More powerful than the devil. More powerful than these killings. More powerful than we as humans could ever imagine.
Living in a peaceful world is possible. We just have to pray and remember how much more good LOVE does than HATE.
I leave you with this Bible verse.
"The steadfast LOVE of the Lord never ceases. His mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness." - Lamenations 3:22-23
