We all love our puppers! Answer these 10 yes or no questions to determine if you should be walking your pup without a leash.

1. Is your pupper just the cutest?

2. Do you snuggle all day with them?

3. Do they get along with other dogs?

4. Will they stay by your side and not wander off?

5. Are they so sweet they wouldn't hurt a fly?

6. Do they give you wet puppy kisses?

7. Have they had all of their shots?

8. Are they a "non-violent" breed?

9. Have they been a part of your family for at least two years?

10. Do they like other people?

Did you answer yes to any of these?

It doesn't matter. A dog should never be walked off of a leash, and it is against the law. No matter how cute and cuddly your pupper is and how much you trust them they are animals and you just never know. A doggo and it's doggy friend could have played a million times together but they can easily snap at each other or at you. In order to keep your best friend and others safe please just use a leash. It doesn't take any more effort to have a leash versus not. Plus, with a leash, they are less likely to be hit by a car or run away. Leashes were made for a reason and make everyone overall safer.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
