Everyone knows that the most anticipated film of 2015 will be released this Friday, December 18. "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" is a movie that audiences have waited on since Disney announced they would be continuing the series back in 2012. This film is set 30 years after "Star Wars Episode VI - Return of the Jedi" (1983), bringing back some of the original actors from the series. Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, and many more are featured in this new edition to the Star Wars series.
Also being released on Friday is "Sisters," a film about two sisters who decide to throw one last party before their parents sell their childhood home. With one of the most beloved female duos, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, starring as the main characters, this film is expected to be both relatable and hilarious. This film will feature several different actors that have been on Saturday Night Live, including Maya Rudolph and Rachel Dratch. A tatted-up John Cena will also be making an appearance.
As the fourth addition to the series, "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip" will be in theaters on Friday, December 18. In this family friendly film, the chipmunks might be getting a new mom and a new brother. Not wanting to be pushed away by Dave, the chipmunks set out on a road trip full of awesome music and laughs that everyone in the family will enjoy.
