It's that time of the year again, our favorite time, the time we all look forward to... FINALS.
After a whole semester of slaving over projects, essays, presentations and even group assignments, the time in which we are tested for everything we have learned so far is finally here. Like everything else, people are different in any situation. During finals there's usually a total of five different people. Here's a little description of each.
1. The overachiever: This is the person we all admire because of their endless hard work. They actually go to the library, study for endless hours, know how to take the perfect amount of coffee to be able to stay up and seem to be professionals at this 'finals' thing. However, they probably had a successful semester all along, so you know their hard work is going to be all worth it.
2. The slacker: This is the person that claims to be going to the library to study but actually spends their time fooling around or finding something to distract themselves away from anything but their study material. They also spend endless hours at the library but don't manage to study much, however. They tell everyone they're stressed and working their hardest, but whenever you seem them, they're on social media, texting or making a phone call to their best friend back home.
3. The nagger: This is the person that spends an entire month saying they have so much to do but never do it. They complain that their classes were too hard, that their professors were unfair or even that they don't have time for studying sessions. These are the people we all do not want to be around because we all know negative energy is bound to be absorbed.
4. The careless: This is the person we're all still surprised on why they're still even going to college. They never do their work, never study and everyone wonders why they haven't been kicked out of school yet. While everyone is studying, they're sleeping. It's finals
5. The lucky one: This is the person we all wish we could be. You've seen them pop open their book maybe twice this semester but for some reason they're always caught up on their work, it's like if they're naturally really smart. They do everything last minute, never
Whether you're the slacker or overachiever, remember these finals may make or break you. Best of luck to every person out in this world and may death week not eat us all alive. We can do this. So work to the best of your ability. Best of luck to you all.
