Texas State’s Zeta Eta chapter of Delta Gamma recently dropped their summer promotional video for the hundreds of potential new members going through recruitment this coming Fall. However, they did it with a new spin. With an “Adventures with DG” theme, they managed to steer clear of most of the stereotypes of a sorority recruitment video. This includes refraining from sports arenas, campus and even their house and instead featuring all the adventures sisters went on this summer with each other. Such adventures including cliff diving, boating, bowling, enjoying six flags, swimming in exotic watering holes and visiting tourist spots in nearby city Austin, Texas.
What this Delta Gamma Chapter has accomplished is showing what’s most important to so many PNM’s, a true sisterhood. A sisterhood that can come together and form relationships inside and outside of chapter meetings, frat parties, date parties/mixers and greek events. A group of women that truly encourage you to adventure, laugh and explore all in the company of your amazing sisters. The video features 100 percent real moments that captures the honesty behind this truly special sisterhood. Not to mention the video was filmed and edited by a Zeta Eta Delta Gamma alumni making it purely done by sisters. Pretty cool!
