President Trump Took Advantage Of Mentally Ill Kanye And It’s Not Just A Joke We Can Laugh At

Anyone who is suffering from a mental illness should not be humiliated for entertainment or political agendas.

For those who regularly tune in to the latest news stories that do not involve crime, drugs, sports, weather, fashion, stupid trends or the royal family, you will see that Donald Trump, the most embarrassing president in American history, never seems to take a break from raging Twitter, delivering long rambling speeches, and making controversial statements. However, the most recent public event involving Trump might be one of the most unethical things he has done.

On the same day that Florida was wrecked by a major Hurricane and devastated thousands of Americans (a much important issue that should have been addressed!), the President had a meeting in the Oval Office with rapper Kanye West where he was supposed to talk about criminal justice reform. Instead, the controversial rapper went on a pointless and illogical rant while the press filmed him, and Trump just sat there and watched Kanye make a fool out of himself.

When someone with a mental-disorder is acting confused, fidgety, and not making sense, it is a desperate a cry for help.

Kanye's mental illness is something that never should have been abused to boost Trump's ego. The meeting was sad to witness, but it was not the worst part. According to The New York Times, everyone observing Kanye's wild actions became so captivated, they were distracted from Trump's insensitive behavior for allowing the rapper to embarrass himself in front of the press and everyone watching the meeting on television.

Everyone knows that Trump is known to hire people who are not qualified for the jobs they are assigned. As a celebrity, Kanye West is also not capable of discussing important issues. If anybody cared about him (like the narcissistic wealthy family he married into) they should have stopped him from going to the Oval Office.

Anyone who is suffering from a mental illness should not be humiliated for entertainment or political agendas.

If there is a person with a mental illness (including celebrities) they need to seek medical help. Even if the person denies that something is wrong, this is an issue that never should be joked about. There was a report by Forbes that explains how a mental illness can negatively impact a person's life and prevents them from getting treatment.

Political issues are another thing that celebrities should stay away from if they do not have the knowledge or experience. They can inform or persuade the American people to donate to a charity or vote to make a change. However, things will not turn out well if celebrities publicly discuss problems in society that they do not know about.

Trump is treating the presidency like a reality show. Fame and money give people more power than they deserve. Now Trump is benefiting from the fame. If Trump was a real leader, he never would have invited Kanye to the Oval Office. If the President keeps taking advantage of mentally ill celebrities and putting his own selfish desires before the country, nothing will change. Americans need to stand up for the nation and start taking control of their lives and future.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
